End-User Security Knowledge Test Template

This template provides example survey questions to ask an organization’s end users to assess their current level of understanding of security topics and organizational procedures. These questions can be taken and put into an LMS or other testing platform to assess user knowledge. This complements the End-User Security Knowledge Test Tool which provides the same questions but can be used as a test for the end users.
