I had the opportunity last week to follow Washington Governor Chris Gregoire in addressing an audience composed of stakeholders involved in broadband. The basic challenge was as simple as it was old: how to accelerate broadband delivery?
Here is the first sentence of my talk: “I am going to talk to you about broadband without any bullshit; for most of you, this will probably be a unique experience.”
