The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all organizations globally. Info-Tech Research Group is supporting its Local Government community by hosting a series of roundtable sessions. The purpose of these session is to provide a forum for Local Government IT leaders and Info-Tech research analysts to share information. The first session on March 24, 2020 addressed IT leaders’ need to move from a reactive state to planning for the near-term and long-term technology needs of their respective organizations.
