With a budget of more than $6 trillion per year, the US Federal
Government comprises 23 different agencies, including the Department of
Defense. Although it would seem there should be similar priorities and areas of
focus among the various agencies, there are significant differences in
strategic priorities and areas of interest driven by the various
constituencies. Our team strives to understand and address each organization’s
priorities. Our imperative is to figure out how to best leverage Info-Tech’s research
and analytical capabilities and tailor it to our clients’ requirements.
Our team combines extensive knowledge of the US Federal Government, national banking, Department of Defense, and United Nations organizations with deep experience in tailoring Info-Tech’s solutions to meet our government clients’ missions. Our Executive Counselors assist our clients in examining their key initiatives and guide them in the creation of actionable plans to achieve results in the demanding federal government environment.

Our team spends considerable time ensuring that our clients understand the issues related to the challenges they are attempting to solve, looking past the symptoms to identify the problem itself. The team is diligent in their discovery efforts and focused on identifying the appropriate advisory services that will support the development of an executable plan to achieve problem resolution. |
Research Centers provide our members with a single location for research specific to a set of IT or business-related IT challenges. The team doesn’t simply refer the client to the Research Center but actively works with the client to identify the relevant research topics. |
The US Federal Government is large and complex. The size and interrelationships of agencies usually requires the integration of different blueprints and research notes. Under the guidance of the Executive Counselor, Info-Tech’s detailed, step-by-step guides and production-ready templates are brought together to accelerate the client’s ability to accomplish their key initiatives. |
Our diagnostics team,
with the support of the assigned Executive Counselor, produces meaningful
metrics for comparison against other clients in similar industries. In
addition, diagnostics support the continuing assessment of the organization’s progress
year over year.

Federal Government clients are often short-staffed or lack the required skills to undertake high-priority projects. For these clients, Info-Tech has available a talented professional consulting team that produces high-quality deliverables in a compressed time frame to assist with their most demanding, high-priority initiatives. |
Info-Tech’s US Federal Executive Services Team is committed to client success. No two government organizations are the same, either in mission or available skill sets. Info-Tech’s research is, therefore, put into a client context that resonates not just with the client but also with the hierarchy with whom the client interacts. Given the dynamics surrounding US Federal Government organizations, with political appointees changing every few years, our clients must be prepared to move quickly. To support this dynamic environment, we assist our clients in understanding the importance of actively pursuing their key initiatives and communicating their successes and challenges to their stakeholders. Our mission is to help our clients make research-backed, data-driven decisions and to deliver continually improving government services by leveraging technology in a relevant, risk-managed method.
Recognizing that US Federal Government, United Nations, and international government clients have varying fiscal years, we adjust our delivery support to provide our clients with the most favorable pricing to support their particular contracting requirements. We work with our clients to help them plan for their research and advisory requirements on timelines that are aligned to their particular funding cycle. Our goal is to ensure services are delivered seamlessly regardless of fiscal year constraints.
We view our role as partners with our clients, always striving to understand their key initiatives, resource constraints, and future focus so we can lend Info-Tech experience and expertise in articulating potential solutions to specific challenges. Our Executive Counselors and Research Analysts have significant experience in addressing real-world challenges and risks.
