Process Evaluation Tool for Robotic Process Automation

This tool supports the activities described in the Automate Work Faster and More Easily With Robotic Process Automation blueprint, in which IT and business stakeholders can identify existing business processes for automation using RPA technology and rapidly evaluate their feasibility and impact on business at a high level. The result of the tool is a value-effort plot of candidate business processes that shows which will benefit most from RPA technology.
