Following every iteration of your prototype, it is important to summarize and highlight key findings. Use the Prototyping Assessment template to document collected evidence and determine next steps.
Populate a new template for each iteration of prototyping and document:
- Key analysis of evidence collected.
- Next steps: Further iterations of prototyping, retirement of idea, further incubation in the idea reservoir, or progression to business case.
After prototyping, all completed Prototype Assessment templates should be submitted to the Innovation Working Group for review. These will be used to determine whether or not approval should be sought for full or pilot deployment of the solution being prototyped.
