This tool will help you identify initiatives to develop your security awareness and training program. The tool focuses on four areas of initiatives:
- The Fundamentals: These are the tasks that need to be complete for a security awareness and training program to exist.
- Improving Program Maturity: These tasks are done after a program is in place and you seek to implement best practices.
- Finding a Vendor: These tasks are completed if the organization decides it wants to use a vendor for the program.
- Running a Phishing Campaign: These are the tasks for running a phishing campaign for the organization.
