What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
What I liked is how easy it was for employees to leave their thoughts, share their recommendations, and engage leadership in a way that makes it feel that you are seen and heard.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to use and implement. The interface is great and very quick to input your daily thoughts.
What do you dislike most about this product?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This needs to go hand in hand with company culture and HR partners make sure that they are in agreement before engaging this.

What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
With 15Five, my coworkers and I are able to recognize and appreciate each other's accomplishments while also discussing any issues that may arise in the workplace. Using 15Five has been the single most important factor in my success in reaching my own objectives. It helps me keep track of my accomplishments and setbacks in an orderly fashion, which improves my overall level of self-awareness.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The lack of efficiency in employee-management communication is addressed by 15Five. If I have an open channel of communication with my boss, I am better able to provide suggestions for enhancing present procedures, so contributing to an environment in which everyone's ideas are valued.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The 15Five questions tend to be repetitive and lack diversity. In my opinion, check-ins like this should force us to engage in deeper analysis and self-reflection, allowing us to more clearly track our growth over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
15Five facilitates problem-solving between my manager and me by facilitating the creation of 1-on-1 talking topics and the organization of meetings. My team was less productive and less encouraged one another before 15Five.
