What differentiates 3rdwave from other similar products?
3rd wave has a lot of features and not focused to one specific module
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ISF is filed easily when the documents are uploaded properly
What do you dislike most about this product?
3rd wave is less user friendly and corrections on the BL, PL, ISF advise messages and mappings is a real challenge sometimes. the errors need to be automated and the capability to fix on their own. ISF rejections (especially when its a duplicate) must get fixed on their own since the original ISF is already in the system. if the PL has something missing and the same thing is mentioned on the ISF then that particular document should have the capability to get processed on its own rather than throwing an error. SCAC codes must be automated in the system and manual corrections should be an easy process. I have many more suggestions but space
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
none so far because I don't find it user friendly. I will be happy to provide more suggestions and advise to make this product more user friendly.

What differentiates 3rdwave from other similar products?
I am not familiar with other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a step up from the system we used previously. Some of the automated features are nice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not terribly user-friendly. Once information has entered the system, it is cumbersome to revise. Features that should have been implemented from the start have been slow to roll out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to spell out precisely what your organization needs and what each job function entails. There has been a lot of "update-as-we-go" since implementing 3W three years ago and I don't feel like we're quite where we need to be yet.
