What differentiates Tovuti LMS from other similar products?

Tovuti is a great platform one can partner with in having great learning ecosystem.This is due to the great and variety features it offers which satisfies needs for every learner moreso for the clients.Incase of designing courses by members,it becomes easy for them to enroll those courses since the software allows creation of logins.This is a great feature that has helped us a lot. Talking of flexibility,this software is the most flexible with easy features to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software has helped in having learning modules for the new enrollers.This has made it easy for new employees to adapt quickly and manage there tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the new learner it more complex for them to navigate through the software has perfectly.This isn't a big issue since learning is a daily routine.I just love using this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Tovuti, course are are more collaborative and interactive.This is as a result of its flexibility in functionality.Sharing of relevant data to teammates is now quick and secure.

Tovuti’s support team is one of a kind. They are always knowledgeable and helpful, and their response time is unbeatable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The intuitiveness and adaptability of interactive content is really important in my job and for the people we serve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to dislike anything, it would be in designing course covers/adjusted pixels. Adjusting/cropping images isn’t always the simplest on this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely utilize the support features/team!

What differentiates Tovuti LMS from other similar products?

Their customer service and attention to their customers goes above and beyond any other vendor that I spoke with. They are a newer company and with that you see the growing pains and experiences of working with a new company, but as a customer I am able to influence the direction of where they go next, I feel that my voice is heard in recommendations that I make. Even if they don't all happen in my timeline, I feel heard and understood in my business needs and recommendations. This LMS is easy to establish (our team of two got it set up in less than 3 months while doing our jobs) it is intuitive, and the support and onboarding are fantastic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer service, customization, and visual appeal for my learners.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's slow to get changes made, major pain points for our team have been on their recommendations list for a year plus. They have been growing a lot and I understand that their priorities are different than ours, but if you don't have big money to make changes in the system, you have to settle for the way that it is and keep asking for those changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know that their customer service is amazing, the client partners will establish time with you upon request. They are a growing company, and ask for what you need as a customer in the beginning and hold them to it. Talk with other about their pain points before buying in (I still have very few regrets 2 years later) and advocate for change within the system that meets your needs. If you have some extra budget, you can get a lot done as long as it aligns with organizational directions.
