Price-Quality best tool on the market

What differentiates AB Tasty from other similar products?
Price, very start-up feel with people involved in the product and really want to make it work with you. You aren't a number to them, you're a case they want to see as a success.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The people behind it
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes requests are a bit more urgent than others and you need immediate response, but can go a bit slower than you'd like. In the end it's mainly because they want to resolve and don't want to let you make mistakes and only answer when they're sure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do a demo. Honestly, in terms of features, it's very equivalent on market leader. Same quality, just a bit cheaper. And very involved people.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
Cons
- Security Frustrates

Good for ecommerce sites, bad for everything else.

What differentiates AB Tasty from other similar products?
The platform relies on users having a strong background in coding to execute even simple A/B tests, which makes building tests excruciatingly difficult and time-consuming.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I don't have one, as A/B Tasty was chosen by someone who didn't build any of our tests. The platform would work great on an ecommerce site with a huge number of templated product pages, but that wasn't our business, so A/B Tasty suited what we were trying to do very poorly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's virtually impossible to use what should be the simplest functionality featured in the tool for the purpose of test-building. Because we were running simple single-change A/B tests, we were promised minimal set up work, that we could simply drag and drop modules, make a few clicks, and set up tests quickly and easily. Immediately, these tests began polluting data with double-counted sessions and other inconsistencies and outright errors. Wee were then instructed to use different methodology to build the tests, which included coding we didn't think we'd have to do. Basically, we were made promises and those promises weren't delivered on.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a massive ecommerce site with tens of thousands of product pages and you want a tool for setting up tests across all or a large amount of them, A/B Tasty will probably work well for you. If you don't know much about coding, have a small website, or want something really simple, A/B Tasty probably won't work well for you.
Pros
- Caring
- Respectful
- Client Friendly Policies
- Acts with Integrity
Cons
- Less Reliable
- Less Productive
- Less Performance Enhancing
