What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Accelo new reporting tools have enabled us to collect a lot more data, allowing us to create KPIs. Furthermore, it has assisted us in tracking hours in a very precise manner, which will assist us in ensuring that all of our labor is lucrative. I can neatly organize my work and swiftly review them all. It's simple to filter my projects and tasks based on who I allocated them to, and the search option is nice and useful if I need to find anything special. Accelo is very quick, so it can keep up with me when I'm in a rush and have a lot to accomplish.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accelo is continually being updated, and the growth of reporting and customisation has enabled us to gather additional operational data. There are several features to accommodate various preferences. I can fine-tune my Accelo board based on what I want from my experience. I enjoy the bookmark on the home page because it inspires me when I need it. I really enjoy how the scheduling system shows how much time is on someone's schedule using a graph. The ability to automatically confirm or schedule tasks is also quite useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It might be difficult at times due to the chaos of everything on the screen. I find that there are too many stages involved in updating any schedule when using the schedule function, and it may be unpleasant to spend so much time on something that someone might fix with better code. However, our selections have grown since the first time we checked in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Accelo is a fantastic solution for managing everything (workflow, time tracking, CRM, sales/marketing, and so on) in one location. It is critical to configure Accelo correctly by knowing what each report need to perform properly, as going back and fixing problems might take a long time. Make sure you're familiar with all of the numerous ways to utilize Accelo; certain aspects took me a while to figure out. To prevent receiving too many email messages, experiment with alternative methods of using Accelo and examine your notification choices.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

We were able to consolidate and streamline our scheduling, project and service monitoring, and better see the labor and monetary sides of our job thanks to this platform. We can measure all indicators more effectively and in near real time, leading in increased earnings and customer happiness. I appreciate being able to see my colleague's correspondence with the client, which is useful if I need to refer to something that was previously discussed with the customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accelo is a simple and straightforward project management solution. It's incredibly configurable; we can measure the time we spend working with a customer, altering tasks on a client file is simple, clients can see the status of their service, and I can share clients' accounts with colleagues who are working with me at the same time. weather. In most areas, the platform meets or exceeds our expectations, and the staff is eager to work on the areas where it falls short. Sales, training, and support respect our time and work fast to fix concerns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is extremely wonderful that the email function records the time spent creating or replying to an email, the format itself is not particularly tidy, which is why I don't really enjoy it. I like to continue using Outlook since the Accelo system can track your Outlook emails and connect them to the Accelo accounts of your clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a unique product that will require some effort to customize to your specific needs. This is the nature of a bespoke system; the return on your effort and money with Accelo is well spent.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

With Accelo, we've been able to centralize all of our project management. We have the capacity to take on more tasks. Full capabilities from beginning to end of a project lifecycle. A lot of the features are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your specific requirements. An excellent business option is possible with this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since the introduction of Accelo, just one project management tool is necessary. Our entire operation is centralized here. I find the dashboards to be the most useful. a snapshot of your current situation and the priorities that demand your immediate attention. Personalization of processes is another feature that has won my approval. The ability to do so proved invaluable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd prefer if there was a bit more of a natural flow to locating what I'm looking for and using the features available. Support and video tutorials are available if something can't be located or if the quote process isn't as straightforward as it may be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keeping customers happy and satisfied from beginning to end. I can assess a client's potential and keep track of all of our interactions, files, and progress in one convenient location. Accelo is used for nearly all of our everyday operations, and I doubt there is a precise way to quantify the amount of issues it has eliminated for our team.
