What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature of the application is its flexibility, which allows us to design our own templates for invoicing and marketing campaigns as well as our own branding and reporting. It offers a whole invoicing section, where we can create and personalize invoices, compute taxes, online invoicing, and interface our Xero program to keep everything in one place. With the Gantt chart, we can see in real time how each work is progressing and how long it will take to complete.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Having so many features and functions, it was challenging for all of the work groups involved to quickly adjust to the application. If it featured a payroll and people management function, it would be great. In spite of all the advice and training we received, we still had to spend a significant amount of time and effort configuring and migrating to a new platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Aside from being a very user-friendly tool that adjusts to the specific demands of the organizations and projects it is used in, every department that makes use of it has nothing but praise for it. Highly recommended by us to any business. With this software as the primary application for our projects, we have been able to more effectively manage our activities and projects, clients, and billing, allowing the job to be completed on time and enhancing our company's productivity and profit. Depending on the package you choose with them, Accelo keeps you organized and provides a multitude of options you can use. The two-way integration with QuickBooks Online and the ability to track time on tickets and tasks in Accelo before fairly quickly filtering and converting those finished tickets into invoices within QuickBooks was the most helpful features.
