What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
With their project plans, scheduling, and capacity tracking, we can fully process our business, providing us with very detailed and accurate capacity projections. The entire company now has such faith in the reliability of the system and data that we report on the current state of play daily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Accelo offered several options to a client who was searching for project management software that could handle a variety of challenges. This software was perfect for the job. Its ability to manage a variety of activities with a variety of consumers, as well as house a variety of jobs with a single customer. This allows me to keep track of how much work I've completed for each customer on a granular level versus the time spent on the task.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reports are difficult to read and are not available in PDF format. We must report the precise time we spent working on each assignment. Unfortunately, because I frequently perform multiple jobs at the same time, it is unrealistic for me to keep track of the exact time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider hiring a consultant to help with installation planning and delivery to ensure you get the most out of the Accelo and that it is as customized to your company as feasible. Accelo can either supply this service directly or refer you to one of their partners. Attempting to do it on your own without the necessary knowledge delayed adoption.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We have been using Accelo for long and I can share one thing with surety that they are doing great and have evolved towards betterment with time. Most of the platforms lacks one thing or another but with Accelo we never had to worry about it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We choose Accelo because it could give us all functionalities and needs under one roof and that’s exactly what we were looking for. We can create customized workflow with the help of Gantt charts, there is a very rare client portal where client can login and see the progress, and then there is Real-time insights to make better and quick decision and what not. You have everything under control with this one here.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it gives a lot of benefits, there is sure need to improve on some areas. The editing or relocating a tasks file iv very troublesome it take ages to do so and most often it just doesn’t happen. It would be great if they could do something about it. Also, when we need to export something, it is also very troublesome and difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very much suitable for all size of company and all size of teams within. It links you with clients on one platform and you can easily share data there. The automated workflow makes it very easy for everyone. It also comes with an app feature so you check things at odd hours and it is available in English language supporting almost all countries in quite reasonable prices. You can decide your budget and simply go for it.
