The primary drawback which I don't like is its high pricing. Though it is filled with advanced tools, the one starting with a low budget would not be able to leverage its advanced capabilities. Though it gives a good integration environment with the Adobe ecosystem when it comes to integrating with any other platforms, the integration is not up to expectations, this hinders the smooth working.

Real-time tracking oof documents status and progress including the notifications offers a transparency throughout the entire signing process.
