InDesign is my #1 digital creative tool.

What differentiates Adobe InDesign from other similar products?
The integration of all applications in the Creative Suite makes InDesign the industry standard for assembling text, photos and illustrations into a cohesive design. The breadth of control makes all other layout software a wannabe.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The precise control over all elements. I am reminded of this every time I am forced to attempt to "create" anything on a different platform. Microsoft Word? (SHUDDER) Anyone who has battled with placement of ANY element using MS apps and has ever created anything in InDesign will be nodding their heads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I was a Master Suite owner of all the Adobe apps prior to Adobe going the way of Microsoft and converting everything to a pay-as-you-go monthly fee to use their products. This made my investment immediately outdated. Permanently, as they stopped support for the previous, full versions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Adobe offers much better online instruction that was previously available. Even YouTube has excellent tutorials available. I learned the most by just jumping in and trying all the tools out to see what they do and how everything works. Once you begin using InDesign, you won't want to ever go back to other page layout applications. Just bite the bullet and get Creative Cloud and have all the tools available at your disposal if you can incur the investment in perpetuity. My company pays the bill for me, so it isn't a personal expense, but I cannot and will not be without it.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features
Cons
- Vendor's Interest First
- Less Efficient Service
- Less Effective Service

What differentiates Adobe InDesign from other similar products?
As a professional designer, digital publisher, and business owner, I find Adobe InDesign to be an excellent choice. It offers a powerful suite of design tools, flexible file formats, and support for multiple languages. I'm also impressed by Adobe's excellent customer service and tech support. With its vast library of resources and features, I'm confident that Adobe InDesign is the ideal choice for creating high-quality visuals for any type of project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I use Adobe InDesign to create attractive visuals for print, web, and digital products. It has sophisticated design tools that enable me to add vector graphics, format text, and create page layouts and 3D effects for my designs. InDesign also supports .eps, .psd, .tif, .ai, .pdf, .jpg, and .png files, making it easy for me to share content across different platforms and devices. Additionally, the software supports 30 languages, including English, Spanish, French, and German, making it ideal for multinational companies and multilingual projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm finding that Adobe InDesign has a steep learning curve. Even though it has great design capabilities and a lot of resources, it's not easy to use for someone who is new to it. It takes a lot of technical knowledge and experience with software to get the most out of it. Plus, it's pretty expensive and could be a challenge for someone on a tight budget.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plus, Adobe's excellent customer service and tech support are always there to help. For those looking to create high-quality visuals for any type of project, Adobe InDesign is the clear choice.
