What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
Adobe Marketo Engage has multi language emails and forms that help every user to understand its features in their own native language. Their database management is also very simple and user friendly. They help us to generate excellent reports on everything we need and demanded by customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They have simple CRM integrations which help us to promote our business and stand out our products. It is world’s largest marketing automation platform that help our organization to get measurable results and also help us to keep our customers engaged and pleasured with our business and products. They assist us in finding the right and engaging the right customers and enable us to help them to learn what they want to learn about our products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adobe Marketo Engage is bit difficult to manage and use and can be more user friendly by making their features easy and simplified. Their entry threshold is very high and we have to spend lot of time in studying the materials. Also, they do not have free trials for their users to check its functionalities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Adobe Marketo Engage has streamlined and straightforward marketing automation solution that meet our major needs and we can also track and record customers’ needs and preferences which make it highly recommended.

What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
There is no doubt that there is a certain way of reporting on the performance of each campaign, which is crucial in today’s data-driven world. This is an excellent lead management tool with many features that allow me to target the correct leads for our campaigns by segmentation and very suitable for automatic training. Its maintenance cost is very low, allow focus on creating new content to add to the training track.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software has powerful logical functions, and we can almost design our training and leadership management framework to make it function in any way we need. Therefore, this is a very scalable platform. Its integration with SFDC is very seamless. This software also provides us with great visibility, its automation is top-notch and has excellent campaign execution capabilities, and the data connectivity in CRM is also top-notch. This program also allows to play with Marketo and generate good ROI through marketing strategies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This software needs to improve its capability to join with Tableau. The modern connector is set, we cannot change the entries it draws out, only the rate limit it works. Since the result, only enables me to obtain data for one week, which is far from enough. This software also needs to improve more helpful data control choices. Its email editor is not so simple to work moreover sometimes does not work well in some browsers (e.g. Chrome)

This software also provides us with great visibility, its automation is top-notch and has excellent campaign execution capabilities, and the data connectivity in CRM is also top-notch.

Email marketing software that is simple and fits the bulk of Marketers' demands. In my perspective, among the most crucial aspects is the ability to monitor and record consumer trends in order to customize communications that are pertinent to them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our marketing departments may use open API to gather data from client choices across numerous other platforms. This also improves our productivity and optimizes our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customized operations are restricted in scope. We are limited to 10 custom actions, thus if we intend to integrate with an additional system that uses operations, we have to choose a more expensive plan that's also prohibitively expensive in comparison to other competitors in the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pricing might be a stumbling block for new businesses. Nevertheless, the price of implementing later on is not appealing. So, when you are on the borderline, and for sustainability considerations, I'd suggest it. Marketo Engage has always been the clear victor in the vast majority of cases. Marketo Engage helps tick the bulk of the elements which a Marketer has to check in order to meet their daily work requirements.
