It uses AI to personalize content according to: the tastes, needs and behavior of users, its excellent marketing automation technique that allows greater acquisition of business opportunities, its powerful segmentation system, improves coordination between marketing and sales thanks to its loyalty and closing functionalities, its support provides timely and quality support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows the connection with mobile applications, the creation of personalized experiences for users in their purchase process, the efficiency to create personalized ABM messages and emails, its great power for marketing automation, as well as the quality of its support service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not very scalable and requires the support of IT staff to take full advantage of all its functions and thus have greater efficiency in its use, and it does not have its own CRM.

Its high performance for marketing automation, compatibility with many CRM tools, detailed tracking of customer processes, easy campaign and workflow management, excellent web analytics reports and dynamic content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of the modules is a bit high and it does not have its own CRM.
