What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
Adobe Marketo Engage has greater capabilities to drive the growth of our advertising campaigns, increase sales and reduce unnecessary errors by doing everything automatically, it is a very necessary software if you want to achieve greater customer acquisition and sales increase.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the large number of functionalities it has to generate good advertising campaigns, monitor, report, automate customer management processes and with a great reduction in manual risks, it is an incredible software that we use to increase sales and attract the attention of the clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The setup process is a bit slow as it requires specific processes and experts in the area, but we did it correctly and we have asked the help desk for help and we are having a good experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is the perfect software to automate the marketing strategies that are required, increase sales in the short term and have a great deployment in all advertising campaigns, since Adobe Marketo Engage has all the functions and capabilities to obtain 100% positive results.

It is an excellent support that allows you to be the driver of demand and growth of your company, providing you with complete tools that help you provide an exceptional experience and thus achieve that each stage of the sale goes hand in hand with the customer journey generating confidence, helping you in the marketing competition with increasing strength from the closeness and visualization of customers and their needs, the ease with which you can track is dreamy making the process more optimal and didactic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They could be more extensive with their payment systems, today having that limitation delays a lot and as a company I feel that generate unnecessary losses, lack of adoption in media such as AMP script, the reports could be faster when loading and not take as much time as it does is quite tedious sometimes and more in companies where the demand is quite high, due to the interface that can sometimes be facade the service can generate slowness.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An excellent tool to implement automated marketing in your company in a very effective and consolidated way, it will help you and generate very good results and provide you with optimal learning mana with growth, always with a first class organization that helps you segment your contacts and easily create marketing campaigns with an ease than ever before, helping to refer you to more specific people that will give you more concise closures.

Overall, it gives our marketing team choices for routing leads through the enrollment funnel, but I wouldn't suggest it to a team without much technical expertise. Working directly with your CSM when a case is presented allows for a speedier resolution.
