What differentiates Agilepoint Process Management and Automation from other similar products?

Reasonable shield out of technical complexity, wise, simple and intuitive inter-platform integration approach. Complete web-based.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Outcome is visually optimized and trendy, easy for end user acceptance. Schema mapper and rule wizard are great features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Control sometime is restrictive and need a lot of "workarounds" to complement missing usage scenario. Some control wording is confusing. Lack of custom data manipulation process template, such as time format and calculation. Behaviour can be inconsistent for controls with similar functionality. Process viewer lack of data tracking capability for completed forms several steps before pausing, and which step/which user has anticipated the data change. Each widget consume 1 process license.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Acquire professional hands for implementing complex workflow and manage user requirement/expectation handling for the best result.
