What differentiates Alfabet from other similar products?

Alfabet has an expansive set of features and is highly customizable. Data is easily referenced or extracted. Administration is relatively simple compared to other solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Importing and accessing collected data is very simple, creating reports for that data is also relatively trivial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additional licensing is required to enable many features, and that licensing can be cost-prohibitive for many organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure that your organizational requirements and expectations have been well defined. Ensure that you allocate adequate resources to the initial data collection process and the ongoing operation and maintenance of the product. Like most applications, Alfabet delivers best when it's well cared for and maintained.
