What differentiates Alfresco from other similar products?

• Most feature-rich tool I have ever seen • Great tool for Document management Powered with innovative RestAPI for integrations • It is very simple to perform customization • Makes it easy to access the current updates

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

• Backed with Cloud which allows users to access the documents from any part of the world • Great support from the community • Streamlines the process of content management

What do you dislike most about this product?

• User interface needs customization as it is not very engaging • Efforts must be laid to integrate it with social media • Higher level of dependency on partner solution for imaging, OCR, and content capturing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

• Widely used as a backend document management service but efforts should be made to improve the front end • It is challenging for people over 45+ years of age to learn it. Must launch intuitive tutorials to facilitate everyone in learning & using it

What differentiates Alfresco from other similar products?

In comparison with other online file cabinets, Alfresco offers a range of tools that make it possible to compete with other programs in its class, such as Dropbox, but also has a disadvantage because its cost is much higher, it has an optical recognition that Dropbox does not offer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the presentation of the dashboard, has a wide range of tools that make the visual part something pleasant to share, uploading and sorting files and classify them in a way that makes you work extremely pleasant, is easy to manage and has all the controls at hand when placing files and publications to the stage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the disadvantages is that it does not have to be tested, nor does it give a final price to the client, it is expensive, and sometimes makes it difficult to upload very large and heavy files to the interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

my recommendation is that you have a memory in the computer with an installed capacity of 4 GB or more, in addition to a fairly large hard drive, it is good to help with forums and tutorials to use the program and take advantage of its full potential.
