very clear and concise software, but what really sets it apart is the support team

it can be buggy at times but the support team is in constant contact and able to clear issues in a timely manner

The customer support is amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how I can send texts to clients and call them without using my own phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app can get some updating, but I use it mainly on Desktop anyway.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great powerdialer.
