What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
The Apollo service has been fantastic all around. The tool has few flaws that are significant enough to warrant serious concern. It's a game-changer for any marketing or sales team, instantly increasing output by a factor of many.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Apollo's ease of use, swiftness, and dependability are among its many virtues. I put in a lot of time and effort before Apollo could get me their contact information, but now that I have it, I can focus on closing the deal. Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media channels like LinkedIn are just a few of the marketing tools I employ to generate leads that I can ultimately turn into paying customers. However, I wasn't regularly receiving the email addresses, so I had to find another source. My boss instructed me to find an MSP lead generation machine tool, but the ones I've found only sell predetermined leads without verifying them or ma
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of an option to restrict a search to a specific company is my only real gripe about Apollo.io. Both the timing and specificity could benefit from this choice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because of this software, we were able to acquire high-quality data on company executives, which led to fruitful partnerships and increased sales. There is no doubt that we have made significant progress in our business relationships on a global scale.

It is a customer engagement platform that helps companies search for leads, verify emails, manage lead screening, and establish communication via email or phone. It allows supervisors to set up event-triggered rules to automatically take specific actions based on changes in activities, files, contacts, leads or accounts. Lead search functionality allows sales professionals to search for and favor companies and employees based on location, technology, funding triggers and job titles.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Provides an auto-dialer that allows staff members to set up local presence, create call recordings and use pre-designed call transcripts. Apollo.in includes an API that allows companies to integrate the system with various third-party solutions, such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, Gmail, HubSpot and more. Managers and leaders can use customizable dashboards to gain insights into the entire sales funnel, from conversion to opportunity success rates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Difficult to set up, so sometimes you get the same names, must provide different emails or contacts. Changing the time of email schedules can also be difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has excellent filters and good handling of segmentation, which allows us to find the perfect customers and I have been able to increase our sales. It saves a lot of time, is excellent in improving business relationships with our customers helping to obtain high quality executive data, achieving important partnerships and sales. Not only was it easy to use, but it also provided some really well enriched lead data.
