What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
Ease of use is unparalleled. It's incredibly simple for new hires to get used to the software, only requiring a few hours to go through everything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simplicity. Everything is clearly labelled and the UI helps differentiate functions with ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it hangs or freezes unexpectedly and may slow down a fast-dial session.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do not underestimate its features. Apollo can be completely independent working pipeline and lead generation. Adding other softwares is a good idea, but keep in mind what Apollo already does for you, and plan accordingly.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
We are using this tool mainly to search for potential customers, according to the characteristics we need and the products and services we sell. The most useful thing about the application is its search filters, as it allows us to segment customers by location, gender, age and other ranges, which are necessary to determine if they are really a potential customer for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a complete pipeline management, with precise strategies that help us to easily convert an interested person into a potential customer. Also the platform allows us to have in complete order everything related to our customers, relevant information for them, plus we can integrate other applications such as Gmail, to have better communication with customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is confusing to store the contact information you send, because it is not clear if the contact is within the database or is a new contact that you have located, so sometimes we have duplicate customer contacts in the record. I would also like more precision in the contact data, as some of them are incorrect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use Apollo to validate the emails of the leads we need. Ability to create your own contact list and be able to track who made the first contact with a customer. Find a company and search for contacts within that company based on the specific criteria we need. Apollo is a very useful tool that anyone can use for free. Apollo is a great resource for automating B2C and B2B lead generation and outreach. I highly recommend this tool to everyone. It is a valuable and easy to manage tool.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
The benefits are seen in the constant capture of new customers, the interaction and improvement of business relationships, and the abysmal boost in sales since we decided to opt for this tool as a support for our work teams and sales reps throughout the organization. I would choose this software again and again.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my organization, we are using Apollo.io to support our customer relationship team, especially our sales reps, and its performance has been superb. It is power-made software for obtaining information and capturing customer data. It has a simple interface, does not generate setbacks for users, is not difficult to use, and its results in obtaining new customers and boosting sales are what I like to highlight when I talk about Apollo.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The functions have a certain level of intuitiveness that becomes very annoying in getting used to the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Apollo's ability to allow us to dabble in different platforms and capture useful information for customer relationship management and sales management is fantastic. Whenever I talk about Apollo.io, I can't help but want to recommend it highly; it's a great resource to strengthen business relationships and drive sales.
