What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
We are using this software to find ideal prospects for our company. The best thing is that it gives us powerful tools to search for customers and companies, according to their location, position within the company, etc., and it also has a web browser to expand the search for customers all over the Internet.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has many tools to find the ideal potential customers such as the lead qualification process, which allows you to configure it by our search criteria and gives us a list of quality prospects automatically. It also has very useful integrations to make it a more complete software, like integration with Salesforce, Gmail, LinkedIn, Hubspot crm, etc. We are also using it for our email campaigns and the truth is working very well for us, it has the integration to Gmail, we can send welcome emails automatically to potential customers and many more options, to capture customers through mail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some minor disadvantages of this software that could be improved, such as the constant updating of its customer database, as sometimes we have come across outdated data, the person no longer works in that company or the phone number does not exist. I would also like to see the bounce rate or unopened mail reflected in the email reports, so that I can work on it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software delivers what it promises, which is to increase your company's leads. Thanks to Apollo we have been able to grow our customer base, close many more sales and increase our profits, that is why we do not hesitate to recommend it widely.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
Apollo does a great job of being easy to setup and begin to use quickly. I was able to figure the tool out within a few days of signing up and achieved my first responses within a week or so.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It appears the emails are going through and I'm getting responses regularly. I have encountered tools before that had outdated emails or poor deliverability, but I haven't noticed that being an issue here. I also appreciate that I'm able to simply setup my sales cycle, choose recipients, and walk away for a while allowing the system to do the work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The number of contacts is vast, so it's on me to figure out who to add to my lists and be strategic. I'd love some AI attachment that helps me more easily pinpoint the best people to reach for each campaign.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know who you need to seek out, and spend a few seconds reviewing the profiles before adding a person to your list. This will save you time on the back-end and also ensure that you're not angering people who aren't the right fit. Keep your reputation in tact by using the features they give you to understand your leads.
