We use insights, signals, and ABM for our flows. It's the best in the product.

We don't like the fact that they don't offer custom tracking in all plans.

What do you dislike most about this product?
That for some plans it does not include general training and options provided to get the most out of the system. Every industry requires different filters but how to use them more efficiently and productive ones.

Overall, it is really resourceful and provides the needed details, that the platform is friendly related

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
The ease of use and Chrome Extension. I have tried other extensions and you have to enter the URL to gather info. With Apollo's Chrome extension, it scrubs any website if you want it to and shows you the contacts. Then with a click of a button, you can start an email sequence with that person. SUPER EASY!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If I can't find a direct contact on a website, Apollo integrates with Gmail very seamlessly. I select the Apollo logo within Gmail and I can use my saved templates to write an email to a general email address and also set follow-up reminders. I don't have to go into my Apollo account to handle anything if I don't want to. It integrates into all of the programs I currently use already and makes it very easy and simple to use. This saves me time and money as I am running and growing my business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I don't have any dislikes at this moment. Sometimes, I can't find any contacts for the websites but that is not Apollo's fault. It is because the business may be too small or the person doesn't have a big enough online presence. This is where I can still use Apollo to send a generic email as I discussed in the previous question.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get it! If you need to prospect and conduct cold emails, I highly recommend Apollo for that. It takes a little time to set up and write your email sequences just like it would with any other software. But once the initial setup is completed, the process couldn't be any smoother.
