What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
Apollo is much more affordable than other competitive software on the market. On top of offering a great database of buyers, Apollo has its own built in email outreach campaigns, and has even begun experimenting with LinkedIn outreach/automation. Beyond that, Apollo acts as a lite-CRM to help those who can't invest in a tool like HubSpot or Salesforce keep track of opportunities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The amount of detail and ease of access to information that is viewable when viewing a contact is pleasing. The ability to create email sequences and perform A/B testing is great for running any campaign. LinkedIn integration is a big plus, for those who are used to prospecting via LI events, or curated boolean searches.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I used the platform a little too well as a trial user and had my prospecting ability restricted due to being flagged as an automated tool. When trying to resolve the issue via our rep and customer support, I never felt like my issue was properly addressed nor explained.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Apollo is a fantastic all in one tool for any startup in B2B. If you need basic opportunity tracking, prospecting capability, and contact engagement, Apollo excels in all aspects. If you have a major CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo integrates with those as well, and many other applications through Zapier as well. Highly flexible software for any sales team of any size.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
I do not know other products very well, but thanks to Apollo, I can easily reach the e-mail addresses of the people I want. This is very important for me. I can also quickly access this information about who works in companies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can say that I can quickly reach the e-mail addresses of the company employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although rare, some people's e-mail addresses may be wrong or not at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They can open a membership in Apollo with their eyes closed. I am sure they will be very pleased.
