What differentiates AppDynamics from other similar products?
To momitor, analyze, and alert on issues with IBM Sterling CPQ, AppDynamics provides APM visibility. With the support of the AppDynamics Customer Success team, our teams were able to take full advantage of the product's essential features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how robust AppDynamics is. To monitor a complicated Java-based application running on many host platforms and databases, AppDynamics provides the necessary functionalities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To properly configure the product, we needed some time to get familiar with it. Default notifications should be adjusted to be less noisy. The help of AppD Support was required to fine-tune the tracking of vital company transactions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Oracle database powers our CPQ implementation, which runs on AIX and Linux systems. Our program supports a wide range of operating systems and databases, and there are AppDynamics agents that can handle them all.

What differentiates AppDynamics from other similar products?
Most of the monitoring capability was provided by AppDynamics and after-sales support from CISCO was excellent. Helpful after-sales services have contributed to the maintenance and improvement of the service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The easy-to-use interface and how easy it is to install. You can also use the data to combine with other programs or use it outside of the user interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
License management, or more precisely, dissecting the acquired licenses. Neither APM Peak nor Pro licenses are indicated in the user interface.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Likewise, higher level situations are handled appropriately. The company primarily uses AppDynamics as an APM tool. Our company has just established a center of excellence and AppD graciously accepted the challenge of collaborating with us to provide application monitoring that is second to none in the industry.
