What differentiates ApplicantStack from other similar products?
We have saved time by using Applicant Stack to organize and reach prospects. It has enabled us to simplify our recruiting procedure. Applicant Stack is extremely user-friendly, allowing our whole Workforce Services staff to be taught & on boarded on the platform. This has reduced our mistakes and improved our recruiting system more streamlined. Applicant Stack's messaging tool has been a game-changer for us, allowing us to significantly reduce the time we spend attempting to reach applicants.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Applicant Stack is simple to utilize. It is fairly simple to train fresh workers on the application when they join our recruiting team. When it comes to hiring on Applicant Stack, the workflow page is fairly straightforward and enables us to immediately check where we stand with most of our positions. It organizes all of our procurements. The flexibility of having it all on the same UI has saved me a lot of time. Using fully prepared documentation checklists, we've indeed been able to get recruits through the system more rapidly. Applicant Stack has substantially boosted our business's productivity in both recruiting and onboarding procedures
What do you dislike most about this product?
Everything worked nicely with the platform, and we have been pleased with it. My only complaint is that I don't think it is feasible to ban communications from problematic applicants. That'd be a fantastic feature to provide. The details gathered in the Lead Development report would've been improved if there's an ability to view whatever the prospect was willing to qualify for, for example, if they are looking for an office position, mention that in the analysis or caregiver.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent software. User-friendly reduces the time it takes to reach prospects and has few issues. That's the route you should go if you want to simplify your employment procedure.

What differentiates ApplicantStack from other similar products?
There are lots of benefits of having a recruitment platform in your team. You can easily post jobs and find the right match. The whole process is simple, seamless, and non-troubled for both parties. It is a miracle of the modern world and surely ease up the jobs posting and hiring processes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Finding new jobs and finding good matches for the jobs were never this easy. With Applicantstack, you can narrow down your search for the perfect candidate, post jobs, manage all candidates on the same platform, start and end the hiring process on that sole platform and cut down the chase.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform is not easy one to learn and master all features in the beginning. It takes its time and employees with less software-experience find it hard to get on board with it easily. They need lots of time but at the end it’s worth the shot.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am sure you all pay way more on job ads to find the right prospects but most of the time it’s all in vain, but with applicantstack, it will all makes sense and you pay way less than on job ads and one dedicated amount will give you the best results.
