These I find to be very critical for any business.

Lower cost with more features
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lots of features for a single price and easy to integrate via api. Chat support was excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My users hated the data entry UX because it was inefficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a good starter CRM and can probably scale with proper in-house training and support.
