What differentiates Apptivo CRM from other similar products?
Most other products have more features but a somewhat higher cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The built in email tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of useful support when random bugs popped up was a source of continual frustration. Also, the difficulties of associating contacts with customers/companies meant reporting was poor and direct mail activity was hampered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have Apptivo give you a reference that is actually using the service the way you intend to use it. Have them demonstrate the ability to produce reports or targeted email for contacts at a client/prospect based on selection criteria.

What differentiates Apptivo CRM from other similar products?
Apptivo is a comprehensive business application cloud platform is built for organizations of all shapes and sizes. Manage almost any company job using Apptivo applications, including marketing and advertising, invoicing and assistance, etc. I can simply access at one spot all customers, bills, and estimates. Client-specific pricing lists are included as well as digital brochures and accessories. That's all things different from another platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy helping with its chat function a click away. The answer time is fantastic, the agents are well aware and they are eager to deal with the issue constantly and they are sure that by the conclusion of the session they have settled their questions. The Apptivo is a strong tool for managing your revenues, the online marketing, and other techniques covered, which is an advanced CRM-based system because it delivers unbelievably efficient, fast, and conditioned purposes without excluding its amazing support solution offered to new users that are registered. Apptivo is an advanced system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I agreed to write a (good) review at the Technician's request, but he sought to take the process and, despite his persistence, I refused to work together, while he was in charge. I have also stated before that I have observed he has received wonderful evaluations individually and even though he has done a fine job, I think that because of this ethical attitude, the ratings were slightly inflated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is an awesome tool based on basic CRM with attachments or apps that contribute to improvement work depends on the areas we want to achieve, provided it maintains a cautious connection, has programmed incredible tools for managing various projects, for future gains that may be developed, not to mention the excellent system of support for various projects.
