No bad experiences with AskNicely as it has always worked well.

What differentiates AskNicely from other similar products?

AskNicely.com is used daily for social media posts on sites like Facebook and Instagram. Locations use the platform to inform consumers about daily promotions, provide informational and educational materials, and fun facts, images and videos to provide an escape from everyday life. Having pre-created posts and a database that helps treasure time in researching and generating ideas for content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a good solution when you want to consolidate vendors, as they have multiple components. Apparently, certain components are more of a core competency for them than others. But overall, it's a strong solution. It's really great for posting on social media ahead of time, so you don't need to keep remembering to post.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Referral information could have increased customizations. Surveys could have more customizations to omit and show routes. Displayed features do not work properly, such as filtering.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The images are attractive along with the navigation. the available metrics and reports are great tools! The reason for the low rating is that while all elements of AskNicely.com are excellent, there are problems almost daily. Features do not work properly, such as filtering and promoting posts.

The UI is visually appealing Great Support

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the dashboard has too much information and therefore requires unnecessary scrolling if you need to find something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is quick to deploy and use. Does not require extensive training. I highly recommend.
