What differentiates AskNicely from other similar products?

I believe that they have a clear value proposition in each communication channel that they handle. In addition, the UI is simple and intuitive to use and they have a help chat that is included in the platform during certain periods of the day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is quite intuitive and easy to use. In addition, the price is the most comfortable in the market, after having investigated and contacted at least 3 more providers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our expectations were not fully met. I had two conversations with the sales rep where he promised us certain features and when we got access to the platform we couldn't use them. Unfortunately we had a lot of challenges connecting APIs and migrating data from our CRM (Hubspot). At the functional level, they have many limitations and the response range to solve it was very long.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be clear about what you want to achieve with this product, specifically what type of surveys you want to handle and if you want to bring the information directly from the CRM. With these clarity you can avoid many frustrations when they are already using the product.
