A great basic software, but efficient

What differentiates Aspect Software Communications from other similar products?
In Aspect we need to write down what happened in each of the situations and each call we made. This hurt a little in productivity but nothing that can't be solved with some basic time management strategies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI and UX design
What do you dislike most about this product?
As I said before, the fact of needing to tabulate what happened in each of the calls we made.

I don't have any criticism, it's a great software and I recommend it.
