Although some training is required to be a Jira Admin, the application itself is quite easy to use by the end user. The adaptability it offers. JIra has the possibility to be customized almost as much as you want in order to adapt to the needs of the company. Next Gen projects is something new that also gives teams a more independent way to work by giving the teams more control over the project they are working on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In some cases, Atlassian releases updates that change the functionality/usability of the platform. This is not bad but, in some cases, users might get confused on situations like "where did this option go?"

Atlassian offer the possibility of creating a free cloud instance for testing purposes. Before buying the product, consider create yourself a free instance to play with it a bit and see it's capabilities. If it fits your needs, go for it!

It has a feature to display the Kanban which provides a better visibility of the tasks that are completed, in progress or still to be done. This helps dealing with the tasks much more effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Posting URLs are automatically changed into normal text and cannot be avoided. This bugs me a lot as if I want to share the link with someone on the system that isn’t possible right now.

Hence, I would suggest you to surely go for it. It has some of the best features that many applications might not have. They just have to work on some of their updates.

It is useful for different types of users which includes designers, developers, projects managers and engineers. It also support and help to accomplish our projects. It provides single view of all type of our information and can generate the needed reports for various sprints such as burndown charts and sprint velocity etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reports are not reusable once we use them, they are not more available. Also, it has confusing user interface which is not much clear and needs to be bit more cleared
