What differentiates Audiense Insights from other similar products?

With Audiense Insights you can have the information from the customers right in your hands with meaningful insights about the characteristics they have online so you can take decisions to define better segmentations to start an strategy analysis. The platforms it considers make use of the information already available to create a meaningful clusterization that helps you to find out the right characteristics you should take in consideration. Also it has good visualizations of the data you may consult so it's easy to explain with your team and get a further research on the parameters you could find useful as an starting point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the way it clusters the segments of audience. So you can find the main characteristics easily and take the decisions about the segments you should take care about. Also the characteristics to import a CSV files with users you have already defined helped me to get more exact resultds.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd like to have more integration with other social networks, I know that by nature Twitter is the main source of information but if in a future release it could get more information about Instagram or Tik Tok trends and audience insights it would be very useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As I mentioned before, Audiense Insights it's a good starting point for a research. You have to consider that you must involve part of your Strategy team to find useful insights that you could enrich with some other information once you get the main clusters that are important for your strategy.
