What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
At the beginning of the introduction, cooperation with Google Spreadsheets was very limited and, although good at Excel operations, it was difficult to create Google Spreadsheets. However, with the expansion of functions due to the version upgrade, it has become possible to operate reading and writing cells in spreadsheets. I think you may enjoy reading the spreadsheet management table and running it automatically in order according to the flags. In an environment where screen locking is required by time due to security policy, it is wonderful that you can easily configure it to run automatically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Originally, when it was time to gather user requests into a spreadsheet, Google Script would notify an email and the person in charge would work on it, but with Google Script I was able to perform the function of creating a file, using the spreadsheet content as a trigger to create a file, and the bot to operate and work, and when finished, capture an image of the completion screen and email it. This removes the constraint of having to work when the time comes and reduces not only the hours of work but also the psychological load.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have a bot runner installed in the VM environment to operate it, but it is not stable because functions that basically should succeed (like clicking a particular button in the browser on the screen) do not succeed. There is a failure log indicating that the button was not found, but if you run it again, it will succeed, so it's not like I made a mistake when creating the bot. It would be nice if the stability here could be improved further.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Compared to client-side bot management, where bot management tends to be complicated, it is possible to manage the running state of bots with a server type, and it is relatively easy to operate not only with Excel but also with Google Spreadsheets. You can also register credentials such as IDs and passwords to log in to various services in a hidden state and use them when logging in, so even if multiple users use the registered password, other users can use it.

This is a tool that works in a more advanced way, mainly when this type of systems are considered mainly to complete tasks, this automation tool is quite safe and allows end-to-end configurations to be carried out in less time and also not it is difficult to configure

What I like the most is that its system shows a drag and drop feature that reduces organization and configuration time. It is also visually easy to understand for professionals who know the characteristics of this type of artificial intelligence tools that have been adapted. to the financial and administrative processes of the workers

I have had no problems with the tool since it was implemented in my company

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
I like it because the tool does not compete with the functions that the user can do. This means that it is more of a solution to carry out more tasks in less time than to replace the user. I consider that the tool is useful from the first moment and allows to reduce possible costs assumed by the failures that may occur, in addition to the fact that this tool is very flexible compared to others of its type
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because I can see even by easily interpreted metrics the results chosen by this tool yes, well I implement it to maintain constant contact with clients in emails and websites, this tool can even record my access time for me something that gives me a bit more time to start my daily tasks
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like the tool, I have been using it for more than two years and it has worked well for me, it has not failed me
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool, more than being an automation of tasks, is a solution that increases the workflow in the organization, so implementing it in large organizations would be much more recommended and usable
