What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
Avaza is a program that has more features than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that I can monitor time and assign it to certain activities while also having the option to manually input timing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes some time to get familiar with all of the different configuration options since there are a lot of them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First time I've used this for more than a week, it's difficult but not so much that I couldn't get up and running fast despite its complexity. I'm relying on this instead of Excel to keep track of my customers' time and tasks.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
Avaza makes employment monitoring and surveillance more easier. I simply go to My Project and look at all there is to see, if I want to view my goals or deadlines, I don't have to travel to every project. It's an all-in-one app that simplifies project management and doesn't require various licenses or low-cost connectors. All I need is an application to manage the project's many parts. All of the information may be retained and viewed without the authorization of the users who have actually published the material. Avaza has been tasked with keeping track of each assigned work and keeping the rest of the collaboration up to speed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The program's interface is straightforward, and it gives this gadget ease when it comes to understanding how to handle the tools, the connection status of other linked clients, the progress of activities, jobs, objectives, and even client information. Information such as automated job tracking and a display in certain time periods. I also like a mobile app so that I can monitor the team's work, respond to urgent queries, check my tasks, and contribute new features while on the road.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There aren't too many integrations to connect to other platforms, you need a developer to connect via webhook, to integrate multiple app projects, you need to add more integrations. There is also a problem with relocating the template tools. In collaboration with other programs, I lost the design templates that were previously implemented in other programs. It's a very necessary update to be able to transfer these works to this platform, and there are few options for change.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Avaza is the place to go if you want a full tool. It lacks integrations but provides the majority of the essential functionalities. Avaza increases its effectiveness by contributing to the collection of jobs that are not complex enough to require programs or technological aids to manage them; however, it takes time for this computer application to be adjusted to the regular work of the designated work teams, with little training to handle it and resolve doubts using the support group and also a configured program.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
We are addressing the issue of having all of our projects and tasks under one convenient roof by developing a user interface that allows the user to rapidly go from one project to another and allows you to search for past projects using keyword tags. Avaza streamlines reporting and task management. I don't need to go to each project to check my priorities or deadlines; I just go to My Task and see everything. The all-in-one functionality enables me to handle many areas of the project with a single piece of software, making project management much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Avaza offers a lot of functionality but it's also quite simple to set up and use, i enjoy how i can manage projects concurrently while seeing all of my responsibilities in separate projects. I enjoy that I can use Avaza to create timetables, manage spending and time sheets, and issue invoices. I enjoy how attachments can be readily added to each assignment and downloaded by others. It was impossible to download things from other platforms, such as Trello, without opening it in a different tab.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the fact that you can only assign a job to one individual, although you can add followers, having the ability to add extra individuals allocated to the work would be really beneficial. The possibilities for repeating tasks are quite restricted. You can't, for example, have a task repeat every third Friday of the month. This has created considerable discomfort because duties that are repeated monthly might occasionally fall on a weekend.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try the program for free to gain a better understanding of what it does and to ensure that it meets your requirements. Don't be afraid to contact their technical support. They routinely make modifications and updates depending on consumer input.
