Don't have any negative feedback. Avid has done some great improvements to refunds and voided disbursements which was our only pain point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Avidxchange requires some administration but has allowed for our teams to focus our attention on reconciling and vendor management then on tracking and fraud.
