What differentiates Azure DevOps from other similar products?
The way it integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft products, especially Visual Studio, is pretty darn impressive. No more jumping between tools – it all flows together beautifully.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Version history, pull requests, and branch management – it's all there, keeping our codebase squeaky clean and organized
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the user interface can feel a bit clunky, especially when dealing with complex workflows. And don't even get me started on managing permissions – it can get confusing with larger teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Speaking from experience, snag Azure DevOps if it works for your team's size. Then, definitely get familiar with the branch policies. They're a lifesaver for enforcing code quality and preventing merge conflicts.
