What differentiates Backlog from other similar products?

The interface is intuitive and easy to pick up and use. We opened our account, and within the first day, had our internal testing person start using it to log bugs for our products. We love the flexibility for project settings in adding categories and statuses, and being able to tag people on updates so everyone is notified.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's really helpful for my technical development team. It has different issue types and priority levels which give my team clear instructions of when to follow up. Also, once the assignee receives a notification its easy to understand the status and issue outcome in a very short amount of time. This tool is used by 5 different teams, including 3 internal teams and 2 supplier teams. Efficient communication and prompt record help various teams have better way to manage different projects and tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs more filters to find out which work has been assigned for whom. Also sometimes the search feature doesn't work as intended. It will not show my search results even when it contains the keywords.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a good tool for a mid-scale project. I wouldn't use it for very small projects or big ones.
