We currently use Basecamp in our Sales sector because it allows us to obtain a better visualization of the planning of all the projects we have in mind to improve and increase sales in our company. What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe that one of the aspects that should improve Basecamp is its application for mobile phones. The application works very well, because it allows the creation of projects similar to that obtained through its version for computers, however, the information of the projects is not updated in real time, which causes the visualization of the progress of a project , from the phone, take longer.
