What differentiates Basecamp from other similar products?
With Basecamp, I can categorized and differentiate project and assign them to each team members . I helps to track project completion and progress easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has one flat price for Business plan that has unlimited project and users. It also has large collection of project template that can fit any project objective that we are running.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They don't provide desktops program or mobile apps, everything is running thru web browser and it will sometimes make the web browser running slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Basecamp is a great project manager software, it can cater your company needs and help facilitate communication between team members.

What differentiates Basecamp from other similar products?
Easy to use, simplified web access, simplified interface, adaptable to social and remote collaboration, dedicated technical support, access to all countries and complete tools for project management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Basecamp becomes the ideal tool when it comes to managing various projects, since my profession requires to be managing and developing various projects, as well as participating with other professionals, I generally use it when it involves long projects and requires the participation of many specialists in different areas greatly facilitates interaction, in addition to having tools that allow you to review the project, assign tasks, create discussions, contributions and everything related that allows to contribute positive aspects to carry out the project. Its interface is simple and offers a lot of help at the beginning and has a good support that offers any help with any problem or doubt. Access is via the web and no additional software is required which allows to work easily from any equipment without inconvenience, I have been using Basecamp for 3 years and the results have been very positive With the teams and leaders in charge of projects, they have applied this solution in most cases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think there are no disadvantages so far, only that it is 100% online something that you should consider if you go on a trip when you want to access the project, remember that it must be connected to the internet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Regardless of the role you have in the company, whether you are the project leader or collaborator, Basecamp is an ideal tool for you due to its capabilities, techniques, its interface, all the organization and time savings that if we go to a traditional environment, considerable time is wasted, with Basecamp everything is more simplified and there is adequate control of all the processes that involve managing one or more projects, as well as when establishing communication with the participants and carry out the planning of each of the activities.
