We've used BenchmarkOne for 10+ years (formerly it was Hatchbuck). We love the platform and all of the capabilities that you find with much more expensive systems and have integrated it into all of our marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Forms could use a facelift to make it more mobile-friendly, but they do work sufficiently.
