My favorite aspect of BeyondTrust Remote Support is its strong focus on security. Security is a critical aspect of remote support tools, especially when dealing with sensitive information and systems. BeyondTrust Remote Support's emphasis on security features such as end-to-end encryption and compliance with security standards gives users peace of mind when conducting remote support sessions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface is complex and not so easy to understand and work.

What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?
It's useful and simple to pick up. Facilitates rapid user connection and support. Connecting to consumers' computers remotely makes providing support much simpler than physically visiting each location. The information presented was useful and relevant to our current situation with BeyondTrust.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Multiple options for simple deployment. A coworker and I can be linked in less a minute if I only send them a link. Then I may become an administrator and permanently assign them to my screen. The companies, names, and tags may all be sorted by me. With Microsoft Intune, I can also deploy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are hiccups during deployment, but once they're fixed, everything goes swimmingly. Better documentation for deploying jump clients would be helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I currently own 164 devices and counting. Since I do my job from home, I have no trouble communicating with any of them. I don't need a virtual private network (VPN) connection to access my servers. Teams is another option for users to get in touch.

Easy access to customer devices for remote support

What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?
We needed a reliable and cross-platform remote assistance tool for our Service Desk's use in assisting faraway users. You won't find a better remote tool than this one. Quickly locate a user's computer with an internal list/database, examine all displays simultaneously, and use a variety of administrative and non-administrative shortcuts in the menu bar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The BeyondTrust remote help is fantastic. While the technology was initially acquired to aid our software clients, its use has since been considerably expanded to aid our internal operations team in the management and maintenance of internal systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Virtual machines in the cloud (whether public or private) are preferable to the increasingly short-lived hardware appliances. I think that conditional access is a great idea. This means that users from specific IP addresses are denied access to specific hosts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's facilitating our ability to offer remote assistance. Because we have so many people out there, we're able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. It's convenient that I can easily contact users and offer them assistance.
