What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

We have been able to manage and review each of our projects performance seamlessly with their management and online portals. Their Advanced Analytics Module has allowed us to create intuitive Key Performance Indicators which have made our project managers more productive and proactive instead of reactive to project changes. We have been able to implement a more accurate forecasting system for our company which has led to more growth and better decision making by our managers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Projector PSA has tremendously helped our company move to the next tier of project and company management. It has provided us with invaluable insights into our project performance and helped automate many of our accounting and administrative systems. Their support team is top notch and has assisted us with getting the most out of the program. Their web portal is also easy to use and adopt quickly. The recent addition of Microsoft PowerBI to their Advanced Analytics Module has allowed us to create informative interactive reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only two things that we would change: a pre-built connector for Zoho and Quickbooks Desktop connector for the Advanced Analytics Module. The Quickbooks issue stems from the analytics company they use for their Advanced Analytics Module, which does not have a connector.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend meeting with a consultant to see how Projector can help streamline your company.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

Integrates well into a Microsoft-centric organisation. Very stable platform. Support is stellar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many, but what I value most is the integrity of the people who support and develop it. They do whatever they can to help, listen to what their user base is asking for and (to date) have never over-promised on new features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The hybrid status of the old .NET Management Portal and Projector Web. But I'll stick with it as the pace of migration of features to Projector Web is acceptable and the quality of the upgraded features is excellent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be prepared to do the work / spend the money to understand your business needs and get help to configure the product. The configuration options are numerous, which is fantastic, but could cause a great deal of pain of not done properly.
