What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
The level of detail both in the various modules you can purchase, but the overall feel of the product and how many different levels you can use it
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Advanced Product Module and the Integration with Business Intelligence systems
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slight "unique" quarks in some data entry fiends that I believe will be solved as the product moves from the full client to the Web Client
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Work with the site, ask a lot of questions, think about your use case and your work flow and make sure that there is a good match

Utilize Projector PSA's implementation services; we implemented independently and in hind sight I would have not done that.
