What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
BigTime is a good system that works for what it is supposed to and is easy to use for someone who knows how to use a computer. We have been able to track hours against certain projects by person, The Report Center really takes advantage of the data entered into the system so that with the push of a button, your data is organized and presented in an easy to understand report. Custom reports are an excellent feature and, with the help of the support team, you can create any report your company needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can pull most reports into Excel and filter and sort from there. Having the task status is very useful for those who use that feature. Integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks, allows me to easily track my time, expenses and create invoices. I can easily see where I am with project budgets versus time spent and can easily gauge when it is time to invoice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The wide range of terminology used in the software is confusing and causes errors during implementation. If a feature is not currently active in BigTime, it is most likely in the pipeline for future integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is great because it provides reporting and auditability throughout the process with a few clicks instead of having to sort through manual data collection templates. One can know the health of our projects in one click with one report. It is obsolete time tracking software, a different project management tool for each project. It saves me endless time and headaches.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
The best approach to track time and expenses for many projects. Invoicing is also very easy due to the user-friendly interface of the platform. I can see all my projects and team members on this platform, and we can all manage everything together. The support from the Bigtime team is also a big plus in my book. The customization and ability to track just about anything you want for project management, profitability and invoicing and the integration with Quickbooks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a piece of software that does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it well. The implementation process was fairly fair and the customer service that went along with it was excellent. Time tracking and the ability to break it into other sections if needed. For numerous projects, I have taken advantage of the platform's ability to develop custom reports, which have been helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to attach my own formatted invoice when sending an invoice with BigTime Wallet, especially after making custom edits per project leader review.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software has been very beneficial for project management in the month I have been using it. I still have one more training session left with our CSM at BigTime to learn more of the features it offers and we are eager to learn what else it has to offer. All the reporting options and customizations Project management and tracking of all aspects of a project. The knowledge-based section to find information on how to use the features.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
This software has an exceptional user-friendliness that makes it very simple to use. The implementation team is absolutely top-notch, and they made it very simple for us to understand how to make use of the software. For these reasons this program differs from others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The onboarding support, especially our personal assistance, has been the most valuable element. I also value the availability of tech help at any time. There has been a steady growth in BT's functionality, making it more and more useful to our group. Despite a number of hiccups and hitches, it appears to be settling down to meet our requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Developing a huge number of jobs is laborious, unstable, and not particularly user-friendly. A greater feature set would be nice for the workflow dashboard as well. As a detail-oriented project manager working with a group of people that place a premium on precision, I can tell you that this has been surprisingly challenging to do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform comes highly recommended by me because it operates in the cloud, interfaces with Quickbooks Online in a seamless manner, and has a user interface that is generally uncluttered and simple to navigate. Additionally, the reporting function is extremely powerful.
