What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
We must continually allocate our team/resources to in-house and client-facing tasks, and BigTime reporting enables us to do so. We may also examine individual project tracking, corporate profitability tracking, and personnel usage (and forecasting). It's priceless to be able to do the reports I need for my business on my own time. We've been debating whether to remove a layer and move Tasks to the Project level in order to better organize projects, tasks, and subtasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to rename fields (Lexicon)/the power to customize your experience. The capacity to tailor reports. Instead of having the default settings choice for a group of users, the opportunity to personalize it for each user. We're doing a lot for our business using BigTime, and having a spot for a lot of necessary business operations is fantastic. I really appreciated our trainers' expertise of the program, as well as their attention to detail and follow-through.
What do you dislike most about this product?
BigTime user interface isn't the most user-friendly. Although it is a standard interface (file folder arrangement), incorporating the information may necessitate a number of clicks. Furthermore, it took me a long time to learn that the optimal use case is to use many browser tabs to acquire information, but this necessitates a large number of browser tabs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This program can be just what you're looking for if you're searching for something that interacts with Quickbooks, provides budgeting and project management, since it is so adaptable that it is likely to work for any industry and any business structure.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
The major issue that has been resolved is time tracking. I like how I can start a stopwatch and it will update the timesheet immediately. I've tried other applications that performed something similar, but I couldn't get the issues to go away. There was no undo button if I neglected to modify the times. In comparison to practically all other software, BigTime is considerably better developed for our business. We feel that following our financial goals in each work and across our organization will be incredibly beneficial to us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I want a solution that would assist my staff in tracking time and managing tasks. This checked all of those boxes and then some. The SalesForce and QuickBooks connectors are fantastic. There are several short movies with user instructions. Invoices are contained in a single booklet, together with receipts if they are to be mailed to consumers. At a look, you can determine how profitable the work is. Almost every part is editable, so I can use my team's terminology. This cut down on our prep time, which saved us money! The BigTime team's exceptional service is the frosting on the cake.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have been using this software for more than 2 years and I am completely satisfied, there is nothing that I do not like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the trial version to discover how much time you and your team will save. Complete all of the free onboarding sessions and instructions. Our person was extremely knowledgeable and persistent in assisting us with the first onboarding and then the complex reporting setup.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
We overcome workflow and project management issues that we encountered when utilizing other forms of software. We also benefit from the Quickbooks interface, which we have used for years with our software. Other products, like Bigtime, just could not interact with Quickbooks in the manner we felt it should. We wanted something that personnel could access from anywhere; this appears to fit those needs. Implementation was a rocky road for us, thanks in part to 'Covid,' but I believe they could do more to streamline their approach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I particularly like its reporting features; I've been able to generate a report for almost any information I've wanted to extract so far. The reports themselves aren't particularly attractive, but because I can export them to Excel or Word, I can easily make them appear the way I want after extracting the data. The option to list prospects by name comes in handy during staff evaluation sessions. A large number of accounts may be retrieved, filtered, and sorted. It is really valuable for anyone who utilizes this function to obtain the operating status. My workplace does not take full advantage of this unit's functions, but they do the job.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is tough to completely engage in my bureau, and we are unable to use it. I dislike having to refresh the website in order for it to update. This is probably a side effect of being a web-based program; thus far, it's only a small irritation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely a low-cost project management tool with robust reporting capabilities. Learn how the product is still utilized; there are features, but it takes time to make ready for usage. With some problems, please contact us immediately. The problem was addressed most of the time by asking a synchronous query, but it still needs to be tested.
